Jorge Custódio

Nota biográfica
Jorge Custódio (n. 1947) é natural de Santarém. Doutorado pela Universidade de Évora. Foi docente da FCSH/UNL. É Investigador integrado do IHC e fundador da APAI.
Desenvolveu a Arqueologia Industrial e a salvaguarda e conservação do Património Industrial em Portugal desde 1977. Entre as suas obras mais recentes constam A Mina de S. Domingos. História, Território e Património Mineiro (2013); Rodoviária do Tejo, nas origens, na história e na modernidade da viagem colectiva, (2015); Santarém. Rumo e Itinerário Histórico: 150 anos de cidade (2020); Celulose da Caima. 130 Anos. Inovação e Resiliência (2022).
Tem diversas publicações relativas à molinologia e estruturas de produção pré-industriais, moinhos de maré e engenhos hidráulicos e eólicos e estudos sobre lagares de azeite, entre os quais, com Rui Marques, «Os engenhos e os lagares oleícolas do Concelho de Sesimbra: Resultados do inventário dos Lagares de Azeite (2013-2016)». 2 partes. Leo van der Drift

Nota biográfica
Leo van der Drift (1958) studied human geography and town and country planning at the Free University in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), where he graduated in 1985.
He became interested in the field of molinology when he received a book on mills in his country as a birthday present when he was a teenager. In order to deepen his knowledge he became a TIMS member around 1990. He served on the TIMS Council from 2000 until 2011 as Secretary. Since 2012 he has worked on the TIMS International Mill Database and as from 2015 he is also the editor of TIMS E-News.
The topics of his publications include mills in art (2007), boat mills in Europe (2018) and Ukraine (2019), and shingle machines on Finnish windmills (in preparation).
Nicole Bakker

Nota biográfica
Nicole Bakker has been working at De Hollandsche Molen since 2011, the association that has been committed to the protection and preservation of historic wind and water mills in the Netherlands for more than 100 years. She has been the director since 2017 and a lot has been achieved since then. Consider, for example, the Mill Fund where financial contributions can be requested for mill restorations. Thanks in part to De Hollandsche Molen, the Dutch miller's craft has also been inscribed on the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Under her leadership, the Hollandsche Molen is now committed to preserving all the heritage values of the mill. In addition to the technical values, this also concerns cultural-historical, environmental and intangible values, such as the preservation of the miller's craft in all its facets.
To protect the mills and the craft, Nicole Bakker attaches great importance to cooperation throughout the mill sector and, where possible, beyond.
Nicole Bakker is also a miller herself and lives at the Windmill of the Zuidpolder in Edam.
Carlos Henrique Fernández Coto

Nota biográfica
Fernández Coto es arquitecto por la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela desde 1988 y doctor arquitecto especialista en urbanismo y restauración arquitectónica por la Universidad de La Coruña. Entre otras formaciones de especialización realizó un máster en restauración arquitectónica y la formación reglada de agente de la propiedad inmobiliaria. ​
Ha trabajado como arquitecto municipal de Puebla del Caramiñal y desde 2022 es director de la Oficina de Rehabilitación de Rianjo.
Fernández Coto promueve la difusión y protección del patrimonio cultural, arquitectónico, urbano e inmaterial de Galicia desde diferentes foros y actividades. ​ Así, es presidente de la asociación para a defensa del patrimonio cultural gallego, presidente de la federación de alfombristas de Arte efímero de Galicia, y vocal en la asociación para la defensa del turismo consciente.
Desde 1988 trabaja como arquitecto en su despacho profesional y en ALFORO, estudio del que es socio cofundador y director ejecutivo. Fernández Coto ha realizado obras en España y Portugal, entre otras, diversos edificios para empresas como Caramelo, Sondeos del Norte o Eurográficas, la pasarela peatonal de la Ciudad de la Cultura de Galicia, el pabellón sobre la candidatura de la Torre de Hércules a Patrimonio de la Humanidad. ​
